I swear by this city [i.e., Makkah]

نہیں ! میں قسم کھاتا ہوں اس شہر کی۔

Juro por esta ciudad [La Meca],

Non !... Je jure par cette Cité 1 ! Footnote - 1 Il s’agit de la cité de la Mecque, ville natale du Prophète.

我以这个地方盟誓--

われはまさに、この町（マッカ*）において誓う。

Нет, клянусь этим городом (Меккой)!

Betohem për këtë vend,1 Footnote - 1 Mekën.

And you, [O Muḥammad], are free of restriction in this city

And you, [O Muḥammad], are free of restriction in this city

اور (اے نبی ﷺ !) آپ حلال کرلیے گئے ہیں اس شہر میں۔

en la que tú resides [¡Oh, Muhámmad!],

et toi, tu es un résident dans cette cité 1 - Footnote - 1 Autre interprétation du verset: tout est licite pour toi dans cette cité. Ce qui signifie que seul le Prophète a l’autorisation de combattre dans la cité sacrée. Et cela s’est réalisé le jour de la reconquête de la Mecque.

你将在那里，不受羁束--

——（預言者*よ、）あなたはこの町で、許された者¹である——

Ты обитаешь в этом городе (или Тебе будет дозволено сражаться в этом городе).

اور قسم ہے والد کی اور اولاد کی۔

Et par le père et ce qu’il engendre !

我以一个父亲和他所生的子孙盟誓，

また、生むものと生まれたもの¹にかけて（誓う）。

Клянусь родителем и тем, кого он породил (Адамом и его потомством, или Ибрахимом и его потомками, в том числе Исмаилом и Мухаммадом)!

We have certainly created man into hardship.

بیشک ہم نے انسان کو پیدا ہی محنت اور مشقت میں کیا ہے۔

que creé al ser humano para una vida de continuas dificultades.

Nous avons, certes, créé l’homme pour une vie de lutte.

我确已把人创造在苦难里。

われら*は確かに、人間を（現世の）辛労¹の中に創った。

Мы создали человека в тяготах.

se, në të vërtetë, Ne e kemi krijuar njeriun për të luftuar në vështirësi!1 Footnote - 1 Pra, të luftojë për të shpëtuar shpirtin.

کیا یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ اس کے اوپر کوئی قابو نہیں پاسکے گا ؟

¿Acaso piensa que nadie tiene poder sobre él?

Pense-t-il que personne ne pourra rien contre lui ?

他以为任何人都不能制裁他吗？

一体、彼は思っているのか、（自分が集めた財産ゆえに、）誰も自分を掌握（し、罰）することなどないと？

Неужели он полагает, что никто не справится с ним?

کہتا ہے میں نے تو ڈھیروں مال خرچ کر ڈالا۔

Presume diciendo: “He derrochado una gran fortuna”.

Il dit : "J’ai gaspillé beaucoup de biens."

他说：我花费了许多财产！

彼は（、得意になって）言う。「私は、山ほどの財産を使い切ったぞ」。

Он говорит: «Я погубил богатство несметное!».

¿Acaso cree que nadie le ve?

Pense-t-il que nul ne l’a vu?

他以为任何人都没有看见他吗？

一体、彼は思っているのか、誰も彼を見ていなかったと？

Неужели он полагает, что никто не видел его?

Vallë, a mendon ai se nuk e ka parë askush?

Have We not made for him two eyes?

کیا ہم نے اس کو دو آنکھیں نہیں دیں ؟

¿Acaso no le he dado dos ojos,

Ne lui avons-Nous pas assigné deux yeux,

难道我没有为他创造两只眼睛、

一体、われら*は彼に、二つの眼を与えてやったではないか？

Разве Мы не наделили его двумя глазами,

A nuk i kemi dhënë Ne atij dy sy,

And a tongue and two lips?

اور ایک زبان اور دو ہونٹ (نہیں دیے) ؟

una lengua y dos labios,

一条舌头、两片嘴唇，

また、一本の舌と、二つの唇を？¹

اور ہم نے اس کو راہ دکھلا دی دو گھاٹیوں کی۔

并指示他两条明显的道路吗？

また、われら*は彼を、二つの道筋¹へと導いてやったのだ。

Pero no está dispuesto a tomar el camino del esfuerzo.

他怎麽不超越山径呢？

それで、どうして彼は、（その財産によって、来世という）険しい道（の踏破）へ飛び込まなかったのか？

你怎能知道超越山径是什麽事？

（来世という）険しい道（の踏破）が何かを、あなたに知らせるのは何か？

Откуда ты мог знать, что такое крутая тропа?

E kush mund të ta shpjegojë ty se ç’është rruga e vështirë?

Es liberar [al esclavo] de la esclavitud

C’est délier un joug [affranchir un esclave],

是释放奴隶，

（それは、）首¹の解散。

Or feeding on a day of severe hunger

یا کھانا کھلا دینا بھوک کے دن میں۔

y dar alimentos en días de hambre

ou nourrir, en un jour de famine,

或在饥荒日赈济

または空腹の日に、食べ物を施すこと、

или кормление в голодный день

ose të ushqesh në një ditë zie

An orphan of near relationship

اس یتیم کو جو قرابت دار بھی ہے۔

al pariente huérfano,

un orphelin proche parent.

亲戚的孤儿，

近親の孤児に、

сироту из числа родственников

jetimin e afërm

Or a needy person in misery

Or a needy person in misery

یا اس محتاج کو جو مٹی میں رُل رہا ہے۔

o al pobre hundido en la miseria.

ou un pauvre dans le dénouement.

或困穷的贫民；

あるいは、砂まみれの貧者*に。

или приникшего к земле бедняка.

ose të varfrin e mjerë.

And then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion.

پھر وہ شامل ہو ان لوگوں میں جو ایمان لائے اور جنہوں نے باہم ایک دوسرے کو صبر کی تلقین کی اور باہم ایک دوسرے کو ہمدردی کی نصیحت کی۔

Y ser, además, de los creyentes que se aconsejan mutuamente ser perseverantes [en el camino del esfuerzo y de la fe] y ser misericordiosos [con el prójimo].

Et c’est être, en outre, de ceux qui croient et s’enjoignent mutuellement l’endurance, et s’enjoignent mutuellement la miséricorde.

同时，他是一个信道而且行善，并以坚忍相勉，以慈悯相助者。

それから彼は、信仰し、忍耐*を勧め合い、（創造物に対する）慈悲を勧め合う者たちの一人とは（、ならなかったのか）？

А после этого надо быть одним из тех, которые уверовали и заповедали друг другу терпение и заповедали друг другу милосердие.

Veç kësaj, (njeriu duhet) të jetë nga ata që besojnë, që e këshillojnë njëri-tjetrin për durim dhe e këshillojnë për mëshirë.

یہ ہوں گے داہنے والے۔

Ceux-là sont les gens de la droite ;

这等人是幸福的。

それらの者たちは、右側の徒¹。

不信我的迹象者，是薄命的，

そして、われら*の御徴（アーヤ*）を否定する者たちは、左側の徒¹。

Те же, которые не уверовали в Наши знамения, являются людьми левой стороны,

Ndërsa ata që i mohojnë shpalljet Tona, ata janë njerëzit e krahut të majtë.
