ٱلۡفَاتِحَةِ

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
1
ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ ﴿1﴾
1:1
[All] praise is [due] to Allāh, Lord1 of the worlds -
2
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴿2﴾
1:2
the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful,
3
مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ ﴿3﴾
1:3
Sovereign of the Day of Recompense.1
4
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ ﴿4﴾
1:4
It is You we worship and You we ask for help.
5
ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ ﴿5﴾
1:5
Guide us to the straight path -
6
صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ﴿6﴾
1:6
The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have earned [Your] anger or of those who are astray.
